We welcome anyone to contact us at any point. We are very busy and always aim to respond to any enquiry within 24 hours. We have detailed below the best form of contact.

If you wish to make an enquiry only, please send your enquiry to our enquiry team. Please provide as much detailed as possible regarding your enquiry and we will come back to you asap.
Email orders are to be sent to the sales team, When ordering via email please ensure you place your order a minimum of 24 hours before you require the stock.
If you are requesting a specialist or rare drink please email our research team, we always ask for 3 weeks notice on specialist drinks and also for as much detailed as possible. If you had the nicest beer of your life in Devon, please let us know the pub where you had it and if you know it the brewer or beer name.
For equipment hire please email the equipment team. They will need to know, How many people are attending your event, what drinks you wish to use and a description of where the event will be held. For equipment hire we will require a minimum of 7 days notice.
Telephone:
If you are in a hurry or need to restock a party then the telephone is the best option. Telephone orders can be taken and processed within 1 hour depending on stock amount and availability. We ask with telephone contact you request the team you want to speak to when you get through to the reception team.
Store:
Our unit is open to visitors 8am to 7pm 7 days a week. We do have night staff however you must arrange your visit so we can ensure someone is available to let you in through the main gates as they are closed at 7pm.
When you are collecting we will need to know what type of vehicle you will be using for collection so we can have your order at an appropriate loading bay for your vehicle.
For training on setting up pumps, coolers and mobile cellar you will need to arrive 20mins prior to the 3 hour training… Please ensure the clothes you wear are suitable for moving equipment, If you do not meet safety we will not carry out the training and it will need to be re arranged.
